BSL-3** HMCC

The Humanized Mouse Core Cologne (HMCC) is a newly developed infrastructure at the University of Cologne. It is coordinated and supervised by the Laboratory of Experimental Immunology. The facility, which is located on the campus, is able to breed and house different immunodeficient mouse strains that can be humanized to study the biology of infectious diseases as well as therapeutic and preventive interventions.
